We’ve made the decision to change the format of Thursdayfizz. This is due to the amount of time we have to dedicate to putting each event on. We are constantly having to find sponsors or hook up with other organisations as well as charging to cover the cost of our nights. Trying to do this alongside running our own companies has proved quite challenging.
However we are both really keen to keep the evening going as we’ve seen first hand the huge benefit with people gaining work and new jobs from meeting people at Thursdayfizz.
The way forward for the Thursdayfizz will be naming a bar, time and date, still once every 2 months where people can gather for drinks. It will be even more informal. We will still no doubt try and do the odd big bash and team up with others.
Again thanks for everyone that’s supported Thursdayfizz over the year half we’ve been going.
